Ebony is an endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a Bachelor and Honours degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology) and a Master’s degree in Psychology (Educational and Developmental).
She provides both in-person and telehealth therapy, specialising in supporting children, adolescents, and their families with anxiety (particularly OCD), depression, self-esteem, social skills, and emotion regulation. Ebony’s approach is ecological, informed by evidence-based research in developmental processes, attachment theory, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.
